Q3: What is your warranty? One year warranty, lifetime technical support. Free spare parts provided within warranty (except wearing parts and human caused mistake) (We usually reserve extra spare parts, wearing parts shipped with the machine.)
Q4: Does the machine power voltage meet my factory power source? Voltage can be customized as per your requirement, for example, in India, 415V,50HZ,3P; in US,230V, 60HZ, 3P.
Q5: How do pack my machine? Your machine will be packed with standard strong wooden case. Fragile parts in your machine will be filled with cushion material like sponge, foam.
Q6: How to guarantee my machine received in a good condition? Our QC department will control the quality from raw material to the finished product. We will send you inspection video, photos or remote live video when your machine is finished and testing. You are welcome to come to our factory to check your machine. With standard good packaging.
Q7: How do I use my machine? Our machine is very easy to operate, and ship as a whole set, so no need to install. We also provide: Detailed Operation Manual.
