Are you a factory or trading Company?

We are a professional machines manufacturer.
Our headquarter is in Qingpu district,Shanghai,CN.
Our factory located in Suzhou district,Jiangsu,CN.
It only takes 30 mins from Hongqiao airport/train station to our headquarter,you are always welcome to visit us.
Do you have any agents overseas?

Yes,our customers are around the world,such as Australia,New Zealand,Mexico,Russia,India,Malaysia,Vietnam,Thailand,UAE,KSA,etc.
At present,we have more than 5 agents oversea,like India,Australia,KSA,Egypt.. and we are still expanding our overseas market.

What is your warranty?

One year warranty,lifetime technical support.
Free spare parts provided within warranty(except wearing parts and human caused mistake)
(We usually reserve extra spare parts,wearing parts shipped with the machine.)
Does the machine power voltage meet my factory power source?

Voltage can be customized as per your requirement,for example,in India,415V,50HZ,3P; in US,230V,60HZ,3P.

How do pack my machine?

Your machine will be packed with standard strong wooden case.
Fragile parts in your machine will be filled with cushion material like sponge,foam...
How to guarantee my machine received in a good condition?

Our QC department will control the quality from raw material to the finished product.
We will send you inspection video,photos or remote live video when your machine is finished and testing.
You are welcome to come to our factory to check your machine.
With standard good packaging.

How do I use my machine?

Our machine is very easy to operate,and ship as a whole set,so no need to install. We also provide :

Complete demonstration operation videos from our engineers.
Remote live video guidance by Whatsapp,Wechat,Skype...
Come to the factory and teach hand in hand.
What is your payment term?

30% TT in advance as your deposit,and 70% before shipping your machine.

What is your lead time?

Generally speaking,about 30 days,according to machine details.
What's your after sales service?

7*24 hours service,timely and politely solve any working problems of machines,you can show your problems on line by Whatsapp,Wechat,Skype...by video call. Our engineers are also available to serve on abroad.
