Purpose:
In order to better use glue during seasonal temperature changes and ensure product quality, the corresponding temperature environment of the glue usage season is clarified, and corresponding solutions are given for problems that may occur when the glue is not replaced in time during seasonal temperature changes or slightly exceeds the temperature limit, so as to better ensure the consistency of product quality.

Ⅰ. Applicable temperature range of glue season
Summer glue: Applicable temperature ≥28℃ Humidity 50-70%
Spring and autumn glue: Applicable temperature 15-28℃ Humidity 50-70%
Winter glue: Applicable temperature ≤15℃ Humidity 50-70%

Ⅱ. Problems and corresponding countermeasures that are prone to occur during season change
1. Problems and countermeasures that are prone to occur during the winter-spring season change, whether the A glue in the bucket is still the winter glue
Problem: It is easy to stick to the cup and the stirring rod when dispensing glue
Countermeasures:
a. Turn off the bottom heating of the raw material barrel
b. Change the mixing ratio of A B glue and reduce the proportion of B material
C. The mixing and stirring speed is reduced to 1800-2200 rpm

2. Problems and countermeasures that are prone to occur during the spring-summer season change, whether the A glue in the bucket is still the spring glue
Problem: It is easy to stick to the cup and the stirring rod when dispensing glue
Countermeasures:
a. Change the mixing ratio of A B glue and reduce the proportion of B material
b. The mixing speed is reduced to 1500-1800 rpm

3. Problems and countermeasures that are prone to occur when the A glue in the barrel is still the summer glue during the summer-autumn season
Problems: Failure to rise; Shrinkage after a certain period of time after foaming; The rubber strip is hard
Countermeasures: 
a. Change the mixing ratio of A and B glue and increase the proportion of B material
b. The mixing speed is increased to 1800-2200 rpm
C. The rubber strip is hard. Add 0.5g of pure water per kilogram of A material and stir evenly

4. Problems and countermeasures that are prone to occur when the A glue in the barrel is still the autumn glue during the autumn-winter season
Problems: Failure to rise; Shrinkage after a certain period of time after foaming; The rubber strip is hard
Countermeasures: 
a. Turn on the heater at the bottom of the raw material barrel, set the A material to 40℃, and the B material to 25℃
b. Change the mixing ratio of A and B glue and increase the proportion of B material
c. The mixing speed is increased to 2200-2800 rpm
d. The rubber strip is hard. Add 0.5g of pure water per kilogram of A material and stir evenly
