III. Qi replenishment steps
1. Turn on the device - turn off the motor switch "F11" of the A-material metering pump - pull up the blue manual valve on the A-material bucket - open the dispensing software - reset - open the process parameters - set the raw material mixing mode to "1" and the raw material gas filling mode to "1" - wait for 15 minutes, then set the raw material gas filling mode to "0" - continue mixing for 10-15 minutes.
2. Wait for the mixing to be completed - set the raw material mixing mode to "0" - press down on the blue manual valve of the A material bucket - open the motor switch "F11" of the A material metering pump, cycle for 20-30 minutes, and you can use it in the harsh winter. When the air temperature is below 0 degrees, the liquid water will solidify and the volume will increase, which will crack the cleaning circuit components (high-pressure cleaning machine, water pipe).
How to avoid this problem:
Prevent the cleaning tube from freezing and cracking
Add professional brand antifreeze to the cleaning water tank to prevent the cleaning pipe from freezing and cracking. AntifrogenN antifreeze from Clariant, with a ratio of 3:7 (3 for antifreeze and 7 for water), can withstand -20 degrees Celsius without freezing after adding antifreeze.
If the temperature is low and dry within this range, you can contact the supplier to confirm the proportion of antifreeze. If it is not convenient to purchase professional antifreeze, you can purchase large bottles of car antifreeze such as Shell OAT-45C, which can be directly used to clean the water tank. No antifreeze can completely replace water and cannot be used all year round. After winter, it is necessary to clean with tap water.
3.During holidays such as the Spring Festival or when equipment is not turned on for a long time, please drain the water from the cleaning water tank, high-pressure cleaning machine, and cleaning water pipe. The specific method is as follows:
① Clean the water in the water tank first
② Remove both ends of the cleaning water pipe and blow compressed gas into one end of the pipe to assist in drainage. After the first successful drainage, it is recommended to repeat this step twice after a 10 minute interval to ensure that all residual water inside is completely drained.
③ The residual moisture in the high-pressure cleaning machine can be eliminated through the "equipment cleaning function" (pay attention to catching the outlet of the high-pressure cleaning machine with a container). Note: After the holiday is over and the first time the machine is turned on, after adding water, let the high-pressure cleaning machine work once (eliminate the air inside the cleaning machine), then connect the water pipe and use the equipment normally.
Keep the room temperature above 5 degrees Celsius during normal startup in spring
1. Pull up the blue manual valve on material bucket A, adjust the heating knob at the bottom of the bucket, and turn on the heating mode (heating temperature of material A is 40 degrees, heating temperature of material B is 20 degrees).
2. Then open the dispensing software for reset (the AB metering pump will start working after the machine is reset) (note: if the alarm "pressure exceeds the limit" is triggered during circulation, the return control valve needs to be released) Cycle for 30-60 minutes.
3. Due to the low temperature at night in spring, the raw materials may slightly solidify and become viscous after one night. They need to be heated and diluted before use! Otherwise, it will cause excessive return pressure of A and B during startup, and periodic bubbles may appear! In severe cases, it may affect the service life of the pipeline.
